GUIDELINES FOR EXHIBITORS

- ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 30. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DEADLINE.
- Entry forms must be complete with Division, Department, Variety and
Exhibit Description. See the sample below.
Admission fee of $7.00 must accompany the Entry Form (no admission fee
required for juniors 12 and under, or for Fair Life Members). - Items which have not been pre-entered and issued an entry tag will not
be accepted for judging. No substitutions permitted. Absolutely no new
entries can be accepted on Fair Days.
Entries may be delivered to the Fairgrounds between the hours of 3 PM
and 7 PM on Thursday, or Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM. ALL ENTRIES
MUST BE IN PLACE BY 4 PM FRIDAY except Flowers, Bread/Pastry
and Cakes/Pies.

- ALL ENTRIES MUST REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL 5 PM SUNDAY.
- FILLING OUT THE ENTRY FORM
- For each item entered, specify
- Division (letter code)
- Department (number code)
- Variety (number code if applicable)
- Description (identifying the item)
- All pertinent information must be included to insure that the item is
- correctly coded for judging.
- Riverton Fair is not responsible for items incorrectly classified by exhibitor.
- No changes in classification will be made on Fair Days
- Please print legibly. Make sure to include your phone number and/or
- email in case of questions for clarification.

- We process well over one thousand entries and make every attempt to
- do each one correctly, but we are not perfect! Please check your entry
- tags upon receipt. If there are errors, contact the Fair Secretary
- immediately for corrections. Judging sheets are printed in advance
- and it is not possible to make correction on the Fair Days.
