ALL ENTRIES MUST REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL 5:00 PM SUNDAY.
YOUTH PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT RULES
- Photographs may be presented between 3:00 and 8:00 PM on Thursday, and on Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They must be in by 4:00 PM on Friday.
- Photographs must remain on exhibit until 5:00 PM Sunday.
- Color prints will be accepted in the categories indicated. Black and white is a separatecategory with no subcategories. Slides and snapshots may not be entered.
- All prints must be 5”x7” matted to 8”x10”. No exceptions. The total thickness of mount,print and matte must not be more than 3/8”. Entries not conforming to these dimensions willnot be accepted due to display limitations.
- Hooks, strings, tape or other mounting devices may be removed by committee if they inter-fere with the proper display of the photograph.
- Exhibitor’s name should not appear on the front of the print or mount. Photographs may betitled (exhibitor’s option).
- The number of prints displayed by one exhibitor may be restricted by the committee basedon available space.
- Entries will NOT be accepted if an entry form is not submitted to the Fair Secretary bythe deadline specified on the entry form.
- BEST OF SHOW: One photograph will be selected by the judges to receive this award.
- Photos taken with digital cameras or digitized photos are acceptable. If major changes weremade (more than cropping, adjusting brightness, and/or removing small imperfections) yourentry must be entered in the Computer Enhanced category.
- Photos and artwork may not be resubmitted within a 5 year period. For example, a photo orpiece of art entered in 2020 may not be entered again until 2025.
