Key Details for Exhibitors
- Deadline to Enter: Submit your entries online by October 6, 2025.
- Pick up Entry Tags: Wednesday October 8, 2025 All Day
- Drop off for Exhibits:
- Thursday: 3 PM – 7 PM
- Friday: 9 AM – 4 PM
- Flowers, bread/pastry, and cakes/pies may be delivered at special times noted for those categories.
- Pick Up: All entries must remain on display until Sunday at 5 PM.
- Admission: Regular Fair admission applies. A one-day pass will be provided only to exhibitors caring for animals on-site or participating in contests.
Important Notes
- Please complete your online form carefully so your exhibit is entered correctly.
- Adult Division is 16+ – Junior Divisions are 9 – 15 years and 8 & under.

When registering on the FairEntry website, please be sure to include your age since we don’t have separate junior categories this year. If you’re filling out the downloadable Riverton Fair entry form, just write “Junior” at the top so we know.
