Held at the Barkhamsted Community Center
- President Don Stein called the meeting to order at 12:04 pm.
- Nominations for a Chairperson for this meeting, motion to approve Don S. All in favor.
- Nominations for a Secretary for this meeting, motion to approve Meg C. All in favor.
In attendance: 35 Voting Members
- The secretary read the minutes of the last Annual Meeting held March 9, 2025. Motion to accept the minutes made by Sherry C, second Don L. All present were in favor; motion passed.
- President Report – Don S. thanks to George W. for all his efforts over the years. Reviewed this year’s activities, status of the 501 C3 application, grant progress, and updates.
- Treasurer Report – Chris B. presented a report. Motion to accept the report was made by Don L., second Judy D. All present were in favor; motion passed.
- Don S. presented a slate for Executive Offices and opened the floor for nominations from the floor; none made.
